Welcome to Daad Perfumes. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

2. Products

Every Daad fragrance is blended from 100% authentic oils and is cruelty-free. We make every effort to display colours, packaging and descriptions accurately, though slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are prepaid; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. Where we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Delivery timeframes and charges are described on our Shipping page. Enjoy free shipping on UAE orders over AED 250.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. To arrange a return, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Daad name, logo, imagery and text — is owned by Daad Perfumes and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daad Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order concerned.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
