Free shipping on all orders over AED 250 across the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Rates

• Orders AED 250 and above: Free standard shipping within the UAE.
• Orders below AED 250: A flat delivery fee of AED 20 within the UAE.
• GCC & International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Dubai & Northern Emirates: 1–3 business days
• Rest of the UAE: 2–4 business days
• GCC countries: 4–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it every step of the way.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Cash on Delivery is not available.
